ADULT TASTE, CHILD TASTE

Swilling, swishing
Bourbon on my tongue,
An adult taste
Strong, vibrant and intense,
Watching Rick Stein
Talking about simple food.
So I remember
The food I grew up on,
Salami, olives, cheese and strawberries
So Australian!
I love my history,
I remember it by food,
Vegetarian grandparents
Prawn fishing with my uncle
Orange and poppyseed cake with others
Turbot at The Seafood Restaurant,
This is my timeline
My Love
My Memories.
